 Special  Meeting –  07/22/2003   Minutes
Chairman Welch called the meeting  to  order  at 11:00 am.  Sec. Fulton  took  the roll.  Present was Comm. Camardo; Comm.Brennan  and Comm. Welch.
Motion made by  Comm. Camardo and seconded by Comm. Welch to approve the minutes of the  meeting held on June 5/2003. Com. Camardo made a motion to acecpt the minutes, seconded by Comm. Welch. Motion carried 3-0.

   New  Business
School
1.Commissioners held a review and discussion of the new job spec for a position in the district at the  Administrative  Office. This  position  was  titled clerk, p/t. This position already  exists  in the appendices of our rules under the non-competitive jurisdictional classification. School District will be  notified of this decision.
2 Discussion held for alternate dates  for the upcoming entry level clerical exam to be held August 2, 2003. Alternate dates were granted.
3. A draft specs was received  from Mary Carli for the dispatcher position at the school district. Commission approved the spec. The spec was faxed to JD Pabis, School Asst. Superintendent,
for  his   review and he also agreed with  the draft spec. Exam to be ordered with the new  spec.

Discussion held of the unofficial county list for Custodian which  was received from Cayuga County.

Discussion of the suspension of this Commission’s summer meetings.
Suggestion made to hold only special summer meetings was agreed on by Comm. Brennan  and Comm. Welch. Comm. Camardo wishes to hold regular 1st Thursday meetings through the summer. Special meetings only will be held in summer months.

Motion to adjourn made by Comm. Camardo, seconded by Comm. Brennan. The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 pm.
